We are providing polo shirts for the golfers and coaching clinic attendees.

Team Glendinning will be wearing white polo-shirts. We would suggest wearing black or dark trousers or equivalent.

Team Madina will be wearing navy polo shirts. We would suggest wearing cream or white trousers if you have them or equivalent.

The dress code for the evening is smart casual.

If you would like to stay at a local hotel before or after the event, we suggest the Hilton Cobham hotel.

The safety of our guests is of the upmost importance, therefore we have introduced effective planning precaustions to ensure the event remains safe and sanitary at all times.

• Restricting number of guests: Our capacity has been reduced to 28 golfers and 12 golfers clinic. Although the govenrmanet guidelines allow up to 100 people at events from the 1st October, we want everyone to feel comfortable and safe and therefore have limited these numbers.
• Event entirely outdoors: The entire event, including the drinks reception, barbecue, prize giving and speeches will take place outside (Weather Permitting) to ensure social distancing rules can be adhered to.
• Socially distancing will be encouraged.
• Trace and track: We have personal connections with all guests attending and therefore we are able to effectively use the trace and track system.
